Ordering:
- The minimum order is $200.00 (About 120 GBP British Pounds).
- Payment is due within 10 days of placing your order.
- Orders wills hip once payment is completed.

- We do offer discounts on large orders of both value and quantity - please email us about this.

- The prices displayed are in US Dollars.
Shipping:
- We take one working day to pack and ship orders. Shipping is paid for by us, but if your country charges import taxes - you will have to be responsible for it. This is about 2-5% depending on where you are from.
Shipping takes about two to four days by FedEx and about a week to ten days by Airmail.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are not happy with your order - in the rare case we sent something by mistake or if something broke along the way - or for any other reason - you have up to fifteen days to send it back to us for a refund, minus actual shipping costs. Please have your returns sent back in original packaging.
Important Note to Customer in USA:
US Customs have recently been very strict on importing shell jewelry - Abalone Jewelry, Shiva Eye Shell Jewelry, Red Coral and Mother of Pearl. If you order shell jewelry, your shipment will need a US Fish & Wildlife import license. You will be contacted by FedEx to get this license. The license costs a one time fee of $100.00 - and can be used for as many orders as needed. Without this license you will not be able to import this type of jewelry into your country.

If you refuse to accept your package in your country because of import taxes or fees - you will be responsible for return shipping costs; and any other charges involved; including restocking fees.
